David Britts

Managing Partner

David Britts is a Managing Partner based in Silicon Valley and had been working with IPV Capital since 2003 and joined officially in 2015.  Prior to joining IPV Capital, Mr. Britts was a Managing Partner of Fuse Capital and its predecessor, ComVentures, Managing Director at Gramercy, General Partner at JPMorgan Partners, founding team member of CSFB/Deutsche Morgan Grenfell (DMG) Technology Group, and various other positions in investment banking companies.  Over his investment career, Mr. Britts has served on the Boards of Directors of 20 technology companies, including Aurora Networks (acquired by Pace Plc), Ahura Scientific (acquired by Thermo Fischer Scientific), Celestial Semiconductor (acquired by Cavium), HotRail (acquired by Conexant), PortalPlayer (NASDAQ:PLAY; acquired by Nvidia), and SG Micro (Shenzhen Chinext: 300661).

Mr. Britts holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
