Infotech Pacific Ventures, later known as “IPV”, was founded in 2005 by Tingru Liu and Roger Li. In 2007, Terence Tan joined IPV and continues to manage IPV Capital, L.P. and IPV Capital II, L.P. In 2022, IPV Capital Partners was formed as an independent firm by Roger Li, Alex Banh and David Britts to continue to invest in early-stage core technology sectors.
